This 3-hour guided partner workshop is intended for individuals and partners who are interested in cultivating compassion and healing touch using basic Thai massage techniques. You will practice deep, rhythmic compressions using your hands, forearms, knees and feet while guiding
your partner into yoga–like stretches, rocking motions, rotations and twists. The Thai massage is practiced on a special arrangement of mats, cushions and blankets on the floor and participants are fully clothed. The instructor demonstrates each move on a model, verbally and visually directing the group through a sequence of Thai massage techniques. This workshop does not require any prior experience of yoga or massage, but you should feel comfortable sitting or kneeling on the floor.

It is there that she received her second Yoga Teacher training. Not long after, she combined her studies in Kinesiology, Chinese Medicine, Qigong, Meditation and Yoga and became a Certified Thai Yoga Massage Therapist which she has been practicing for 7 years. Leslie enjoys facilitating yoga classes that inspire openness and freedom in the physical and emotional body, and she integrates Thai Yoga Massage into the classes whenever possible.
